We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

To qualify for a refund, you must first accept delivery of the package. Refusing delivery will not qualify for a refund unless required by applicable law or approved by us in writing.

To start a return, please contact us at support@lumoira.lighting. If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or sent in error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods.

  • Custom or personalized products.

  • Personal care items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing time may vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded unless otherwise stated. Sale items may not be refundable.
